PayU consolidates its LazyPay business with PaySense; will inject $200M in the combined entity

Naspers-backed fintech firm PayU on Friday said that it is merging its consumer lending business LazyPay with Mumbai-based consumer lending startup PaySense. Through this transaction, PayU will acquire a controlling stake in PaySense and all its assets at a $185 million valuation.
